Why I remember this…I can’t tell you why.

Never a big fan of either Ike or Tina Turner.

Here’s what it is…

May he rest in peace…

When he was alive doing the “after” Tina interviews.

He said something so profound, that I still remember it today.

No doubt, his excuses served him well in life, I  take that back… in business.

His life was a mess. That was his message.

Dead at age 76…from cocaine overdose.

But he still knew something about people…that he used to his advantage to control them.

And he was “conrolled” by Tina.

My jaw dropped when I heard it.

Well…If he had only used it in a better way, he would’ve gotten even better results for himself…for his life.

He had the answer to his life in the palm of his hand…and didn’t even know it…

I guess I must’ve seen him on one of those talk shows. Oprah perhaps.

I remember the question was asked in a round about way.

Something to the effect of, “Was the way you portrayed in the movie (What’s Love Got to Do With It) true?”

aka…did you beat the hell out of Tina? (my interpretation)

He was ready with a response, which would turn into an excuse,which would later turn into an marketing revelation.

This is no paraphrase..

He shifted a little bit, but readied his voice and calmly said, “She knew how to push my buttons!”

Gasp…moans comes from the audience.

I remember he turned toward the audience for sympathy and support…surely the audience could relate to people pushing their buttons.

Huh?

Is he for real?..I mean was he for real?

From his perspective, Tina knew what to do, what to say, and how to say it to get a reaction out of him.

Let’s just stop at the point.

Here’s the gist of what it is…

The problem most people have in business (internet marketing, mlm etc…) is knowing how to market.

In order to market successfully, you have to know what to do, what to say, and how to say it to get the right reaction from your target market.

You have to know what buttons to push…(thanks Ike for that one.)

If you want to get the right response out of your prospects…and become attractive (attraction marketing)…you have to know how to become attractive to them.

In order to become attractive to them, you have to understand and know human psychology…mass psychology.

Advertising, scripts, images you see are all done successfully with the human psychology in mind. Mass psychology.

Big advertisers use it on you…

Why aren’t you using it in your business?

If you understand people, you’ll understand how to market to them. When you understand what buttons to push to get them into your marketing funnel…people will be more attracted to you and what you have to offer them.

Just a thought.
