Millionaire By 30…No College Required!

I was intrigued…so much I immediately stopped flipping through my email to take a look at 3 chaps (father and two sons) talking about becoming a millionaire by 30!

Here’s the drum roll….they suggest real estate is the place to do it.

There was a time, that yeah, that could literally be done without giving it a second thought. Does this strategy need to be given a second, third and even forth thought before jumping into this real estate market?

I’ll let you decide.

I’m all for entrepreneurialism…which was the point of the clip they did (see clip). The father, Douglas Andrew, said something so important, that I almost think that it got lost in his words….

He said “people need to take control of their finances, instead of letting the market control their destiny.”

In other words, true entrepreneurs are not controlled by the economy.

Great words.

I guess this guy taught his sons well; each son is worth 1.5 million apiece. Not bad considering they did it in a few short years using real estate as a primary vehicle. But it was done in a different market.

Whether you want to find your fortune in real estate or in a home based business, one thing is for sure, you don’t need a college education to figure out the mathematical order of wealth.

But success always start in your mind first, long, long before it ever materializes. No matter what industry you’re in.

Here’s the book the Andrews are pitching…just may be worth the read: Millionaire by 30.

I still think the home based business industry is the best place to test the entrepreneurial waters…without risking a whole lot.

Just my humble opinion.
